cookie dough balls

1 package brownie mix ( I used Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge)

1 Tbl sp Expresso  mix or instant coffee ( this is the geeky part and of course is optional)

1 egg

2 Sticks of Butter ( make sure its butter)

1 cup of  chopped nuts ( optional, almonds are great)

1 cup of chocolet chips or M&M’s candy ( optional,  kids like the color from M&M’s )

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Mix everything together really good. Use a stiff wooden spoon or the like — if you don’t have a mixer with a dough hook.  Scoop one inch balls onto a cookie sheet two inches apart and bake at 360 degrees for eleven minuets.
